Shipping Policy
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA (DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT)
• Shipping fees is RM8 within West Malaysia for orders below RM60; while RM10 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) for orders below RM100.
• Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 3-5 working days, while 7-14 working days for East Malaysia.
• Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
• You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out.
• Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes
• We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Zone 1 (Brunei, Singapore,Camboida, Hong Kong, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam)
• Shipping fee is based on the weight of the parcel. We are using Pos Malaysia FlexiPack International to deliver your order. Please confirm with the customer service or through email: before you choose the delivery option.
• Max shipping kg would be 2kg or else we will be separating the parcel into different parcels with max. 2kg per parcel.
• Customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges if the parcel has exceeded 2kg or there is any additional charges required by the courier company.
• A handling fee of RM5.00 would be charged for Zone 1 International Shipping,
• Customers are fully responsible for bearing the delivery fee.
• Transit time would be around 10+ business days. We are not responsible for the delay of the shipment but we will assist you in checking with the delivery. Please notify us if you still yet to receive the parcel within 14 days.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes
• We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.
Zone 2 (Other Countries)
• Shipping fee is based on the weight of the parcel. We are using Pos Malaysia FlexiPack International to deliver your order. Please confirm with the customer service through before you choose the delivery option.
• Max shipping kg would be 2kg or else we will be separating the parcel into different parcels with max. 2kg per parcel.
• Customers will be required to bear the additional shipping charges if the parcel has exceeded 2kg or there is any additional charges required by the courier company.
• A handling fee of RM10.00 would be charged for Zone 2 International Shipping,
• Customers are fully responsible for bearing the delivery fee.
• Transit time would be around 11 - 28+ business days. We are not responsible for the delay of the shipment but we will assist you in checking with the delivery. Please notify us if you still yet to receive the parcel within 30 days.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes
• We do not accept any order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.
